Purpose Statement:
Calvary Chapel Vancouver is a fellowship of Believers who are committed to loving, worshiping, honoring and obeying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we gather together corporately and as we live our lives in our local communities.
Mission Statement:
It is our mission as a fellowship of Believers to:
- Glorify God through our worship and the loving conduct of our lives.
- Edify one another through the teaching and study of the Bible, and by practically ministering to each other through the various gifts and abilities that God has given to us.
- Magnify Jesus Christ by taking His gospel to our homes, workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, communities, and then to the wide world around us.
We recognize that we can do nothing without the guidance, wisdom, empowering and the giftings of the Holy Spirit. Thus, we rely upon the Spirit’s presence, power and direction in all that we do.
